Staybills Trestle Handrail System or sometimes known as Staybills Guardrail System or Bandstand System, is fully flexibility in terms of length, easy to change direction or forming returns or angles, suitable to construct birdcages, crash decking and is available to provide platform heights from 705 - 1560mm.
Easy operation just insert the posts, hang our panels and start working.
Our unique panels incorporate the handrail, the toeboard and full mesh protection in one simple panel application.
Staybills fully complies with MANUAL HANDLING regulations with weights between 3-14kgs and yet can achieve 4.5Te test load on a standard 4m run (see above photo).
Staybills Hinged Panels (Loading Guards) are unique as materials can be safely topped up without compromising the edge protection. No need to dismount to load up or risk falling when panels or scaffold boards are removed to allow loading.
Independently tested to BS 12811 so you can rely on Staybills not to collapse or fall over.

ONLY 4-Part Component Range:
1. Staybill – is a trestle/ bandstand which includes the base stabilizer (outrigger) and integral spacer bar
2. Post – which fits into the base stabiliser which supports the panels
3. Solid or Hinged Panel – single application handrail, toe-board and 50x50mm steel mesh guarding panel (no need for Brick Guards)
4. Ladder Restraint – with built –in safety bar and ladder stability device gives safe access and egress
H-Frame – an optional item to give smooth and supported scaffold board platforms to prevent trips and slips or flips between pairs of Staybills sets or support around obstructions like piers or service runs.
