Assembly is remarkably simple and a 4m system can be fully assembled in no more than 4 minutes by a single operative standing upon the ground and without the need for ANY tools at all.
There are just 4 steps:
STEP 1
Using a Double Staybill at the end or return if required, set out using the spacer bars. Then lay the scaffold boards and load materials.
STEP 2
Insert the Posts - hooks facing the boards - and place Ladder Restraint adjacent to the end/return.
STEP 3
Hang the solid panels under the Ladder Restraint leaving alternative gaps for the hinged panels if required, then hang the hinged panels.
STEP 4
Secure the ladder and use the safety gate.
